Gift Idea for Your Favorite Cycling Lady: End of Year Sale at Sweetpea Bicycles

Full disclosure: I count Natalie Ramsland as one of my favorite women on the planet. She’s my sometimes-running-partner (when I’m running) and my “office buddy” (our studios are in the same building).  I love the girl.  She’s rocket-scientist smart, wonderfully witty, terrifically tenacious, and good-old-fashioned nice. She is also bigger than she looks.

In fact, I’m in line for a Sweetpea Randonneuring Rig… one that may possibly take me to Paris-Brest-Paris in 2011, if I end up being insane enough to actually go make an attempt at the ultimate Rando glory.  Those are big dreamy goals and I have yet to actually write them down, so we’ll see about that.

I digress.

Sweetpea is having a holiday sale!  Kind of.  In 2009 prices are going up, but if you put your deposit down before the end of the year, you’re going to save a sweet $200.  That’s sort of like a discount, right?

The point is, if you’ve been on the fence about a Sweetpea, it’s time to jump. Christmas just wouldn’t be Christmas without custom bike lovin’, now would it?
