The start/finish will be good, and if you want to see a middle part of the race, you could drive out and follow the course until you find a nice scenic portion, then head back to be there in time for the finish. I recommend driving to the top of a big climb - the riders will need your support, and they'll be going slow enough that you'll get to enjoy their shiny, spandexed presence a bit more.
