Hi there! I just wanted to pop in and tell you how much I enjoy your blog. I see alot of lifestyle philosophies that overlap with my own, and yes, I heart fish oil too! I'm a supplement minimalist, but I love them fishes. Have you tried Carlson's flavoured oils? They are really lovely over a salad or seared meats. Sassy stuff!

I'm convinced fish oil would be worthwhile to take. I just need to bite the bullet and actually purchase some. Everything I have read or heard about it is positive, and I always feel so much better when I have seafood post running, so there just might be something to it.

What does flaxseed oil do?

Does fish oil come in numerous forms (ie gel caps and whatnot), or is it a bottle and you have to pour into a spoon and down it, cold syrup style? Is there any one brand that you consider to be 'better' than any other brand?
