		<description>Wow, thats intense. I always find it funny when looking at a sport and thinking its beyond you, you try it out, realize its manageable and sure enough there is a little twist that could make it just that little bit more of a challenge to keep you coming back for more.

Good luck with your training, and keep up the post, I love reading them!</description>
