Heidi,

On behalf of Select Comfort, we are so excited that you’ve chosen the Sleep Number bed to help you get a good night’s sleep. Once you’ve received the bed, we’d love to hear if its helped you. Select Comfort values customer satisfaction and feedback. Once you’ve had a chance to try out the bed, please share your experience.

In addition to the tips you’ve provided, sleepnumber.com provides sleep research and tips on insomnia, weight management and improving sleep quality. And, if you haven’t been to a Select Comfort store, you can also find your Sleep Number on the Web site.

On a personal note, I’d like to say how fantastic your blog is. I’ve marked it as one of my favorites. I’m trying to get back into shape and prepare for the Twin Cities 10 Mile. Your posts are really helpful for fitness gurus and novices alike. I’m far from eating right or training properly but find your personal insight and tips as a way to course-correct. Thank you, thank you!

Sleep well!

Has anyone cutting the power to their bedrooms while they sleep? I'm fascinated by the idea but it creates certain alarm clock difficulties, like how do you power your alarm? You could use one of those wind-up jobs but the ticking is counterproductive to all your other efforts!
