Yesterday my cycling coach said, “Come to this here group spinning thing – it’s nasty outside.”
I looked out my window, saw a fresh dusting of the good stuff, and sent a text back to him: “I’m riding outside! This is awesome!”
It really wasn’t very much snow, but I’m easy. Sal and I rode down to the studio to pick up the helmet cam and I edited some of the footage into a Christmas-Carol fabulous Tour de SE Parks cheery enough to make you vomit in your egg nog.
In the meantime, if you want to dig some music that’s actually good and not just cheeseball-cheery, put The School of Seven Bells’ album “The Alpinisms” in your ears and get to work.
